Kim Dae-jung - 8th President of the Republic of South Korea who served from 1998 to 2003--and a 2000 Nobel Peace Prize recipient--once lived at the Watergate at Landmark. Today a marble marker stands in our property remembering this notable resident.
Mark Felt - Also known by the pseudonym of "Deep Throat," famous for the being the secret informant during the Watergate Scandal,
was once a resident of the Watergate at Landmark. Mr. Felt sat on the Board of Directors and was instrumental in the drafting of the Bylaws of the Association.
Wilmer "Vineger Bend" Mizell - Congressman for North Carolina (Fifth District) from 1969-1975 and World Series Champion with the Pittsburgh Pirates prior to his three terms as congressman. He was one of the first owners of a condominium in Watergate at Landmark.
