Adrian Dunn and his team were excellent when the sink faucet broke in my kitchen. I called Adrian Dunn; he was so great at taking care of the problem in such a speedy and prompt manner. The C. C. R. is a very professional team. Without hesitation, I recommend it for any job, big or small.

Their staff were always polite, friendly and above all efficient and professional. I intend to take out the bathtub and replace with a walk-in shower as part of a full bathroom renovation and will use GNA again will full confidence.

I had my old shower-tub converted into a walk-in shower along with additional bathroom remodeling. The final product is beautiful! Adrian is very knowledgeable, especially with the permit & Watergate requirements. He was always available to answer questions and address concerns from start to finish. My experience has been nothing less than stellar from the sales rep Emre to the construction manager Tayfun to the person who worked the project Wilson. All of them are responsive, respectful and all around nice people. Giving 5 stars doesn’t come easy but they deserve 5 stars and more. The work is so great that I have already hired them to do another bathroom. You will not go wrong with this company.

I found Jim the Handyman on this list and contacted them to come remove some cabinetry for me. Not only were they reasonably priced, friendly, prompt, and courteous, but Charlie also replaced a couple outlet covers for me and fixed the board in question so that I can replace and remove it myself as needed in the future. Perfect!!

Max Has been supporting my IT equipment for the last two years. He has proven to be very knowledgeable as well as very patient in his explanations to me. (I am borderline computer illiterate).He keeps my computer, printer and my router cleaned and running smoothly by updating them on a semi-annual checkup. I recommend him highly.

Totally professional, honest, up front with challenges & problems plus top quality workmanship! The very best tile work & painting we’ve ever seen (not one visible seam). They were able to work within Watergate’s strict requirements, get plans approved by the board & city, dealt with all the permitting so we did not need to get involved. I moved to Watergate recently from another town and did not know anyone here. Saw the reviews on the WAL website and called Adrian from CCR [Condominium & Commercial Renovations LLC] for a kitchen renovation, but I had no other reference for him. His presentation and estimate were professional, and I felt confidence in his speech and felt confident that I would not have a problem with the building because of how well he knows its rules and regulations. That was a great decision I made.
I did a total remodeling of my kitchen with Adrian Dunn, and it worked out great. I did floor, cabinets, lighting, backsplash, and opened walls. My kitchen looks fantastic. I was lucky to find Adrian Dunn, and he exceeded my expectations. The timing of the job was what he predicted. His crew was careful and professional, and he was on the site every day checking things out and working. He follows the rules regarding permits and building regulations, while other contractors I talked to were willing to go around these rules. He took care of everything. I appreciated his eye for detail and his suggestions. I made the stupid decision to buy my cabinets at Ikea (another story), and his team was great in assembling the puzzle of boxes Ikea sent me. Adrian accepted changes I made gracefully in the middle of the project, reorganizing his schedule and often going beyond his obligations to help me. I highly recommend him. Adrian Dunn and the CCR (Condominium & Commercial Renovations LLC) crew made our bathroom dreams reality in our own home. We received good advice on locating suppliers for all our components and were able to benefit from the relationships CCR has in the home improvement community. Especially with our Quartz Counter tops, I was able to see products from 3 providers and select the material that best fit my vision and my price point. The work was well done. The fit and finish is good. I was so impressed with the artistry of Raphael, the tile installer, that I took to addressing him as Maestro. My shower enclosure and marble tile floor makes me very happy every day. About once a week my husband tells me how much he enjoys the new rain shower system. Thank you, everyone! GNA (Greg Norman & Associates) were used to expand and totally renovate our kitchen. They did excellent work, were very timely and pleasant to work with. They were extremely conscientious about making certain that everything was completed to our satisfaction. They were very conscientious about protecting our floors and furniture. We dealt with Chas Oliver as Salesman, and Ken Wright as construction supervisor. Both were very accommodating and pleasant to work with. Work number for Chas is 703-205-0031. He removed and reinstalled custom draperies and plantation shutters. They are as good as new. At the same time, he recaulked and repainted my crown molding, which had dried during the winter heating season. And he did all of this while I was out of the country. Honest guy, hard-working, and punctual. I appreciate people who do what they say they are going to do, show up when they say they are going to show up, and are upfront and honest. I received several estimates and Brother's Mechanical Services was the lowest. I was nervous about choosing the lowest estimate but was reassured when I learned the company has NATE and EPA level 3 certified technicians that have completed background checks. I was also impressed that they major commercial clients as satisfied customers. I had plenty of questions that were patiently answered to my satisfaction. The installation started on time and was a smooth process, I was pleased that they covered my floor with drop cloths and cleaned up before leaving. Plan to have him return regularly to wash my windows and glass doors, inside and out.
