From I-395 take exit 3B to VA-236E/Duke Street towards Landmark. Turn exit right onto S. Walker Street. Turn right onto Stevenson Avenue. Take the second left onto Yoakum Parkway. Watergate at Landmark will be on your right.
Traveling from S Van Dorn Street, head north toward Courtney Avenue. Turn left onto Edsall Road. Then, veer right onto Yoakum Parkway. Watergate at Landmark will be on your left.

Public Transportation Options
The closest metro station to Watergate at Landmark is Van Dorn Street (Blue Line). The station is located 1.35 km (0.83 miles) south of the apartment complex.
Taxi service is available at the northern exit of the Van Dorn St. Metro Station and it usually takes less than 5 minutes to arrive to the condominium. Most taxi drivers know Watergate and charge about $7-8 for the ride from Van Dorn Metro, but the prices may vary.
For Watergate residents and visitors, several bus options exist. The Alexandria DASH bus service has a stop next to the front gate entrance on Yoakum Parkway. Take DASH bus AT1+ from the Van Dorn Metro (Blue line) stop.
During rush hours in the morning and afternoon, you may also take the 21A Metrobus if you need to go to the Pentagon Metro Station (The 21A Metrobus does not go to Van Dorn Metro Station). To get on that bus, you will need to go to the front gate and cross the street, as it only picks up and drops off on the northbound side of Yoakum Parkway.

Community Shuttle Service
For Watergate residents there is a free shuttle service that runs every weekday during rush hour between Van Dorn Metro (blue line) and the condominium. In between rush hours, the Shuttle Bus has trips to nearby shopping and popular destinations. All you need to ride the shuttle is to show a current Watergate ID!
