Elevator Modernization Project

As part of our ongoing Elevator Modernization Project, Elcon Elevator will begin the next phase of work on Elevator Car #2 in Buildings 1 and 2 beginning Tuesday, July 7, 2026.Project Schedule
  • Building 1: Elevator Car #2 modernization begins Tuesday, July 7
  • Building 2: Elevator Car #2 modernization begins Tuesday, July 7
Each Elevator Car #2 is expected to be out of service for approximately 14 weeks while modernization work is completed.
Elevators Available During Construction
During this phase, the following elevators will remain operational:
  • Elevator Car #1
  • Elevator Car #3
  • Service Elevator
Residents should anticipate occasional elevator delays during peak hours and are encouraged to allow extra travel time.

Parking Impact
To support the modernization project, three parking spaces near the right side of the loading dock will be reserved for a 20-foot project storage container throughout the construction period.
