Elevator Modernization Project

Status: In Progress 
Elcon Elevator will begin modernizing the service elevators at Watergate at Landmark. The project began on March 3, 2026, for Building 1, and on March 10, 2026, for Building 2. Each service elevator will be out of service for approximately 16-18 weeks. Elevator Car #1 in each building will serve as the designated service elevator during this period.
Key points during the modernization project:

• Trash pulling will continue as normal. Elevator Car #1 will be padded for protection.
• Moves will occur through the main Lobby doors. Elevator Car #1 will be padded, and lobby floors will be protected. The outer Lobby driveway lane will be used for movers' vehicles. Move hours may be extended until 6:30 PM or 7:30 PM as needed.
• Elevator Car #1 dimensions are 42" W x 70" L x 105" H. Movers must ensure all items fit within these measurements.
• Package carriers are asked to deliver directly to unit doors and not leave packages in lobbies.
• Residents may share elevators with pets. If you prefer not to ride with a pet, please wait for the next elevator or communicate with the pet owner.

Three parking spaces near the right side of the loading dock will be reserved for a 20-foot storage container for the project.

Outdoor Pool Remodeling

Status: In Progress
We are excited to share that a comprehensive renovation of the outdoor pool is currently underway. This project involves a top-to-bottom refresh of the facility to ensure a high-quality experience for all users. Key improvements include the replacement of all pool plaster layers, new waterline tiles, and updated coping stones.
Beyond these aesthetic upgrades, the project also covers essential infrastructure work, such as the installation of new racing lanes, the replacement of chemical tanks, and the modernization of various plumbing fittings and expansion joints.

Anticipated Completion: Late April 2026

To keep the project on track for a spring reopening, crews may work on Saturdays as needed. We appreciate your patience as we work to deliver a refreshed and improved community space.
