We are beyond happy with our kitchen renovation done by CCR (Condominium & Commercial Renovations LLC). This was our first reno project and Adrian Dunn went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable throughout the process. Adrian is familiar with Watergate policies, which made the approval and city permit process seamless and stress free. He is honest, professional and you can rest easy knowing the work is done right. I would highly recommend CCR and Adrian Dunn for any kitchen renovation.

Margaret Knop (703-472-3285) just finished a kitchen renovation for me and she is awesome! I have been referring her for 20+ years to my Watergate clients and everyone loves her work, dependability & reliability. Her company knows Watergate very well and all the rules and regulations that are part of Watergate life. Always goes the extra mile and stands firmly behind her work.

The owner of Milano Construction is one of the best contractors I have ever done business with. He is extremely knowledgeable in the construction field and has an answer for everything construction related. The company has been in business for over 40 years in the area.

Excellent, reasonably priced plumber fully licensed, insured and bonded. Replaced cartridge in master bath. Also, per WAL policy, installed water shutoffs now required on hall bathroom shower control and replaced an upgraded shower control at the same time. Responsive, informative and very neat. Excellent, reasonably priced window washer. Careful, neat, thorough. Plan to have him return regularly to wash my windows and glass doors, inside and out. He also will do odd jobs (painting, other cleaning, dry wall finishing, tile work), but I have no first hand experience with his skill at these except to know that he's a pleasant and eager worker. I needed to replace my original HVAC unit. I received several estimates and Brother's Mechanical Services was the lowest. I was nervous about choosing the lowest estimate but was reassured when I learned the company has NATE and EPA level 3 certified technicians that have completed background checks. I was also impressed that they major commercial clients as satisfied customers. I had plenty of questions that were patiently answered to my satisfaction. The installation started on time and was a smooth process, I was pleased that they covered my floor with drop cloths and cleaned up before leaving. In the end, I was relieved and am looking forward to enjoying the cool summer. Contact at www.bms24-7.com or (703)-659-1369.

I highly recommend APT Carpet Cleaning. Anthony is excellent!
Honest guy, hard-working, and punctual. I appreciate people who do what they say they are going to do, show up when they say they are going to show up, and are upfront and honest.
Anthony did a great job on my carpets, was easy to schedule with, and his prices were in-line with or less than the several other cleaners I checked with. I highly recommend Anthony...(703) 379-4315

John Peters, a licensed and bonded contractor approved to work at Watergate, was a lifesaver during the window replacement project. He removed and reinstalled custom draperies and plantation shutters. They are as good as new. At the same time, he recaulked and repainted my crown molding, which had dried during the winter heating season. And he did all of this while I was out of the country. It was wonderful to be able to turn over a project and know it will be done perfectly. John's phone number is 703-569-6348.

Total Home Services - lead by Owner Matt Cholko, Designer Ana Djevenica & their entire crew - are absolutely the best we’ve worked with in 25 years of home ownership & having gone thru several renovations in the past! Totally professional, honest, up front with challenges & problems plus top quality workmanship! The very best tile work & painting we’ve ever seen (not one visible seam). They were able to work within Watergate’s strict requirements, get plans approved by the board & city, dealt with all the permitting so we did not need to get involved. In other words they made the whole process smooth & as stress free as possible. We would highly recommend Total Home for any job, no matter how big or small, we think you’ll be very pleased. I discovered Max Bortoletto at the Watergate flea market two years ago, where he was advertising his business for IT support. Max Has been supporting my IT equipment for the last two years. He has proven to be very knowledgeable as well as very patient in his explanations to me. (I am borderline computer illiterate). He keeps my computer, printer and my router cleaned and running smoothly by updating them on a semi-annual checkup. I recommend him highly.

I was very pleased with Max when I had him to fix my computer and my printer. He was very patient with me and a perfect gentlemen because I don't understand technology. He pointed out many things on the computer that I didn't know and that are going to be a big help to me. If anyone needs technological help they should call Max Bortoletto 703-798 3222

I found Jim the Handyman on this list and contacted them to come remove some cabinetry for me. Not only were they reasonably priced, friendly, prompt, and courteous, but Charlie also replaced a couple outlet covers for me and fixed the board in question so that I can replace and remove it myself as needed in the future. Perfect!!
They are my new go to company for all my small jobs. Jim the Handyman - 703-503-9699.
